A limited palette painting in oil paints on canvas using reference supplied by Stephen Bauman on his Patreon page. He is an amazing teacher who studied and taught art in Florence, Italy.
This painting uses just black, alizarin crimson, red, yellow ochre and white, helping keep unity in the colours and also a challenge while painting without a blue.I love the overall warmth created with this palette.
